Your main responsibilities

As a Manager in our Madrid office, you will provide advisory services on labor and social security matters to our clients, both national and international, across various business sectors.

You will also take on legal defense and representation in court proceedings before the social jurisdiction or the administrative contentious jurisdiction.

 Requirements

• Degree in Law or Law and Business Administration (ADE); a Master's degree specializing in Labor Law is valued.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an employment lawyer.
• Technical excellence and a thorough knowledge of the labor legal system.
• Experience in managing and representing companies before the social jurisdiction.
• Teamwork attitude and client relationship skills.
• Advanced level of English

Tus principales funciones

Como Manager de nuestra oficina de Madrid, prestarás asesoramiento en materia laboral y de seguridad social a nuestros clientes, tanto nacionales como internacionales de distintos sectores empresariales.

Asimismo asumirás la defensa y representacion letrada en juicio en procedimientos judiciales ante la jurisdicción social o contencioso administrativa.

Requisitos

• Grado en Derecho o Derecho y ADE, valorable Máster de especialización en Derecho Laboral.
• Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años como abogado/a laboralista.
• Excelencia técnica, excelente conocimiento del ordenamiento jurídico laboral.
• Experiencia en la llevanza y representación de empresas ante la jurisdicción social.
• Actitud para el trabajo en equipo y relación con los clientes.
• Nivel alto de inglés
