Job Description:

You will be part of the Internal Legal Advisory team, collaborating in providing legal advice to the various areas of the firm. You will have the opportunity to closely observe the functioning of a corporate legal department, develop a cross-functional view of the organization, and gain practical experience in a dynamic, professional environment focused on continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishment of companies and joint ventures. Management of the secretariats of the entities that make up the Firm in Spain. Preparation of minutes and certifications for the adoption of corporate resolutions (granting of powers, capital increases and decreases, etc.). Coordination with notaries and registries for the formalization and registration of documents in the corresponding registries;
  • Analysis and resolution of inquiries raised by the various business lines;
  • Review of contracts with clients (public and private) and suppliers;
  • Support in the preparation of judicial and out-of-court claims and their follow-up. Coordination with external lawyers and court agents;
  • Support in the local implementation of initiatives and projects promoted by the EY global network;
  • Support to the Compliance and Data Protection and Security area, which reports to the Legal Advisory Department.
