What are we looking for?
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join our Finance Consulting team in the Madrid office, with at least 3-4 years of experience in consulting projects related to the transformation of the Finance function, both nationally and internationally.
What you'll do
The main areas of responsibility for the selected candidate will include:
- Diagnosing the Finance function from different perspectives: Processes, Organization, Information Systems & Data.
- Designing and implementing new Operating Models for the Finance area: Shared Services Centers (SSCs) and GBSs, from analysis and design phases through to business case development and implementation support.
- Designing and re-engineering financial processes with an end-to-end scope, focused on improving efficiency and control.
- Organizational transformation of the Finance function.
- Digital Finance – Transforming the function through an integrated digitalization approach, applying new technologies and ways of working.
- Support and advisory services for implementation and change management, through PMO / Finance Transformation Office roles.
