For our food production plants, we are looking for a Quality Technician to support the development and supervision of Quality, Food Safety, and Hygiene systems. Your role will be essential in ensuring that standards are applied and continuous improvement is promoted within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the documentation for the Quality, Food Safety, and Hygiene system.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze indicators and detect deviations or trends.
- Follow up on audit actions and non-conformities.
- Collaborate on the management of certifications and audits.
- Support the HACCP systems at the plants and verify compliance with regulations directly at the production plants.
- Manage specifications for raw materials and finished products.
- Participate in training on Quality and Food Safety.
- Prepare reports on Quality and Hygiene indicators.
