Own-Store Manager (Andalusia)

Managing the own-store network, ensuring the best operational efficiency ratios, as well as managing the team of operators under their responsibility, with the aim of achieving business profitability.

Your main duties will focus on:

• Analysis and monitoring of the performance of points of sale, implementing action plans within their portfolio.
• Ensuring the point of sale is maximized, adapting it to the geographical environment, the customer, and market demands.
• 1. Managing the High Roller. 2. Resolving incidents; telephone support, CSS, construction, and phone issues. 3. Openings, closures, and incident management. 4. Collection management and holiday coverage. 5. Team management. 6. Audits. 7. Verification of delivery notes vs. invoices. 8. Store management reporting (follow-up meetings). 9. Covering exceptional shifts. 10. Control and monitoring of AWP/AA.DD collections.
• Managing the human team of the store network, ensuring the optimization and adaptation of Human Resources to the operational needs of the business.
• Managing invoicing and central supplier management, orders, and expense control. Planning events at head office.

Gestionar los locales de red propia bajo su responsabilidad, con los mejores ratios de eficiencias operativa, así como gestionar el equipo de operadores a su cargo, con la finalidad de alcanzar la rentabilidad del negocio a su cargo.

Tus funciones principales se centrarán en:

• Análisis y seguimiento de la evolución de los puntos de venta de forma periodica, para llevar a cabo planes de acción en su cartera.
• Velar por máximiar el punto de venta adaptarlo al entorno geográfico, del cliente y las demandas del mercado.
• 1. Gestión Hig Roller. 2. Resolución de incidencias; atn telefónica, CSS., Obra, telefonico. 3. Aperturas cierres incidencias obras. 4. Recaudación cobertura vacaciones. 5. Gestión equipo. 6. Auditorías. 7. Verificación de albaranes vs. Facturas. 8. Reporte gestión de locales (Reunión de seguimiento). 9. Cubrir turnos excepcionales. 10. Control y seguimiento de recaudaciónes AWP/AA.DD.
• Gestionar el equipo humano de la Red de Locales, velando por la optimización y adaptación de los Recursos Humanos a las necesidades operativas del negocio.
• Gestión de la facturación y gestión central de proveedores, pedidos y control del gasto. Planificación de eventos en central.
