The role

Managing the own-store network, ensuring the best operational efficiency ratios, as well as managing the team of operators under their responsibility, with the aim of achieving business profitability.

What you'll do

Your main duties will focus on:

Analysis and monitoring of the performance of points of sale, implementing action plans within their portfolio.
Ensuring the point of sale is maximized, adapting it to the geographical environment, the customer, and market demands.
1. Managing the High Roller. 2. Resolving incidents; telephone support, CSS, construction, and phone issues. 3. Openings, closures, and incident management. 4. Collection management and holiday coverage. 5. Team management. 6. Audits. 7. Verification of delivery notes vs. invoices. 8. Store management reporting (follow-up meetings). 9. Covering exceptional shifts. 10. Control and monitoring of AWP/AA.DD collections.
Managing the human team of the store network, ensuring the optimization and adaptation of Human Resources to the operational needs of the business.
Managing invoicing and central supplier management, orders, and expense control. Planning events at head office.
