About the role

Ferrer Spain's Market Access team offers an opportunity as a Market Access Manager for the community of Madrid, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, and the Canary Islands.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the launch and access of hospital medicines; the selected candidate will lead strategic initiatives at both the national and regional levels through cross-functional work with the rest of the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, Market Access & PA&PA, the candidate will co-lead innovative access and contracting initiatives, providing strategic support in the launch of hospital medicines focused on neurological disorders and pulmonary vascular and interstitial diseases.

What you'll do

Actively contribute to the national financing and access strategy

  • Solid experience in the launch and access of hospital medicines, with a special focus on rare diseases.
  • Prominent position within the cross-functional team that develops the financing and access plan at both the national and regional levels.

Lead the regional access strategy in the designated territories

  • Develop and execute access strategies in the community of Madrid, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, and the Canary Islands.
  • Identify and lead the implementation of regional access projects through innovative contracting initiatives, agreements, and access models.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's global and national value strategy.
  • Drive positioning in protocols, clinical guidelines, and pharmacotherapeutic committees (CFT).

  • Interact with centralized CCAA committees.
  • Negotiate with regional health services, hospital pharmacy services, and management teams.
