What you'll do

Under the supervision of the Quality Control Area Manager, you will perform sample analyses and tasks specific to the QC laboratory, following established methods and procedures, and complying with quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements. Contribute to the execution of the Quality program at the corresponding site according to applicable reference standards, ensuring both its proper implementation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform required analyses of raw materials, in-process controls, intermediate products, finished products, stability studies, service controls, standards, and additional controls. Perform environmental sampling.

Participate in analytical transfers and validations, and laboratory equipment qualification.

Perform laboratory management tasks (documentation, stocks, reagents, consumables, expirations, maintenance, waste, samples, standards).

Calibration and maintenance of analytical instrumentation. Identify and troubleshoot issues with laboratory instruments.

Actively participate in the investigation, generation, and interpretation of analytical results, comparing obtained results against established specifications. Conduct investigations of OOS results.

Ensure the integrity, traceability, and accuracy of results and generated data, and their transfer to the LIMS system. Apply the ALCOA+ concept.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory.
