Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of driving strategic initiatives and leading through influence in matrix organizations.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution, delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Job description



Mission
Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Global Marketing Excellence team. This role will involve driving marketing excellence at a global level by enabling data-driven, portfolio-focused decision making across brands and markets through common frameworks, processes, KPIs, and governance. As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams-including Brand, Commercial, Medical, Access, Finance, Market Insights, Regulatory, Digital, and Content Excellence-you will connect strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and P&L impact. This role will lead the evolution from traditional brand management to advanced portfolio management, while shaping global marketing capabilities, supporting key business planning processes, and accelerating successful launches across European markets.

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of global marketing processes, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent execution across global and local teams.
Shape and deliver Marketing Excellence programs that strengthen capabilities, accelerate upskilling, and empower marketing teams to adopt best-in-class practices, tools, and ways of working.
Drive the evolution of portfolio management, leading the strategic oversight of mature brands and providing data-driven recommendations that maximize value, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable business growth.
Identify, monitor, and communicate portfolio opportunities and risks, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and partnering with cross-functional teams to unlock growth and address business challenges.
Act as a strategic marketing partner for the European region, supporting launch readiness, capturing market insights, and facilitating the sharing of best practices across countries to enhance commercial success and marketing impact.
Lead a key transformational initiative focused on the "One Customer" model, playing a pivotal role in the transition to the new business platform and driving change through collaboration, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Digital, Data & AI, Finance, and other key functions to ensure integrated decision-making and business performance.
