What you'll do

  • Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance according to current standardized work procedures, coordinated with the planning and production departments to ensure maximum availability of lines and equipment.
  • Provide support to production operators of machines or production lines in all tasks related to format changes, adjustments, and machine/line start-up.
  • Diagnose, repair, and adjust the different types of machinery in the production plant.
  • Know the regulations and standards established in the pharmaceutical industry regarding the quality system (NCF/FDA), occupational safety and health, and the environment, as well as compliance with all internal regulations (purchasing policy, ethical code, values, etc.) and current legal regulations.
  • Propose improvements or modifications to equipment and facilities with the aim of improving processes, performance, or any other aspect related to safety or the environment.
