Quality Assurance Trainee

• Participate in quality assurance. Ensure compliance with Ferrer's internal standards and the reference standards of the Pharmaceutical Quality System within their scope of action, incorporating initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Participate in monitoring "Key Quality Indicators" (KQIs) that allow measuring the proper functioning of the Quality System.
• Collaborate in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other controlled documents, for the performance of functions within the Quality department and operational areas within the scope of application, and ensure that they remain updated and current.
• Properly participate in the filing of GxP-relevant documentation within their scope of application.
• Participate in the implementation, management, and maintenance of the deviation management system and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Participate in Change Control management, ensuring traceability and correct implementation of such changes in compliance with data integrity practices.
• Participate as an observer in internal and external audits and inspections.
• Collaborate, ensure, and execute, as applicable, initial and ongoing GxP training related to the assigned areas.
• Collaborate in drafting Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
• Collaborate in the management of market complaints (Complaints).

You will be the best in this role if you match:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Specific training in a Master's degree in the Pharmaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Industry.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactivity and organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to carry out an internship on a full-time basis (8 hours/day) for an extended period.

• Participar en el aseguramiento Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas internas de Ferrer, los estándares de referencia del Sistema de Calidad Farmacéutico en su ámbito de actuación, incorporando iniciativas para la mejora continua.

• Colaborar en la redacción Redactar y revisar Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo (PNTs) y otros documentos controlados, para el desempeño de funciones dentro del departamento de Calidad y áreas operacionales en ámbito de aplicación y garantizar el estado actualizado y vigente de la misma.
• Participar de forma adecuada el archivo de documentación GxP-relevante en su ámbito de aplicación.
• Participar en la implementación, gestión y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de desviaciones y Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas (CAPAs).
• Participar en la gestión de Control de Cambios garantizando la trazabilidad y correcta implementación de dichos cambios en cumplimiento con las prácticas de data integrity.
• Participar como observador en auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones.
• Colaborar Asegurar y ejecutar, según aplique, la formación inicial y continuada GxP relacionada con las áreas asignadas.
• Colaborar en la redacción de Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
• Colaborar en la gestión de reclamaciones de mercado (Complaints).

• Graduado en Farmacia o equivalente.
• Formación específica en Máster en Industria Farmacéutica y Parafarmacéutica.
• Inglés alto.
• Conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
• Proactividad y capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas a jornada completa (8 h/día) durante un período prolongado.
