What you'll do

  • Participate in quality assurance. Ensure compliance with Ferrer's internal standards and the reference standards of the Pharmaceutical Quality System within their scope of action, incorporating initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in monitoring "Key Quality Indicators" (KQIs) that allow measuring the proper functioning of the Quality System.
  • Collaborate in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other controlled documents, for the performance of functions within the Quality department and operational areas within the scope of application, and ensure that they remain updated and current.
  • Properly participate in the filing of GxP-relevant documentation within their scope of application.
  • Participate in the implementation, management, and maintenance of the deviation management system and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Participate in Change Control management, ensuring traceability and correct implementation of such changes in compliance with data integrity practices.
  • Participate as an observer in internal and external audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate, ensure, and execute, as applicable, initial and ongoing GxP training related to the assigned areas.
  • Collaborate in drafting Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
  • Collaborate in the management of market complaints (Complaints).
