Job Description:


We are looking for an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Bids Coordinator for our Madrid office. The selected person will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of technical and economic proposals for O&M projects in the water treatment sector, ensuring the competitiveness and viability of the bids.



Responsibilities:
* Initial analysis and tender planning
Analyze the Tender Specifications and prepare the bidding report.
Define the List of Contents (LoC), Division of Responsibilities (DoR), and the bid schedule.
Identify administrative requirements, solvency criteria, and necessary technical documentation.
* Internal coordination and communication
Convene and lead the kick-off meeting and follow-up meetings, ensuring the participation of all involved areas (engineering, procurement, EICA, BIM, partners, etc.).
Coordinate the preparation of technical and administrative documentation with the various departments.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and ensure they are archived.

* Supervision of technical and economic preparation

Requirements:


* Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roles related to bid preparation, project management, or operation and maintenance management in the water sector.
* Deep knowledge of water treatment processes and the operation and maintenance of associated facilities.
* Ability to interpret specifications and prepare detailed technical and economic proposals.
* Advanced command of office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and specialized software such as Presto or MS Project.
