What you'll do

- Support and execution of selection processes for different profiles: posting and managing job offers, resume screening, interviews, and report writing.

- Collaboration in the development of Ferrovial's "Graduates" program: contact with universities and study centers for managing agreements and annexes. - Liaison with the different Ferrovial Construction business units regarding - Talent Acquisition and Mobility.

- Collaboration in the onboarding process and follow-up of new hires.

- Research and study of best internal and external practices in Talent Acquisition and Mobility.

REQUIREMENTS

- Recent graduate in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Psychology, or Law.

- Pursuing a specific Master's degree in HR is highly valued.

- A high level of English is essential (minimum C1).

- Very high proficiency in the Windows environment and Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
