We are looking for a Production Manager with experience in building construction to join our team in Madrid. You will be responsible for the management and supervision of construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and direct on-site production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Coordinate and supervise the site team, including in-house staff and subcontractors.

Requirements


* Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a similar qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in production management for building construction projects.
* Solid experience in managing teams and subcontractors.
* In-depth knowledge of construction, safety, and occupational health regulations.
* Proficiency in project management tools and sector-specific software (Presto, Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
* Residency in Madrid or willingness to relocate.
