About the role

Job Mission

Ensure the correct management of the company's payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring compliance with current labor, tax and Social Security regulations, as well as the appropriate associated administrative support.

What you'll do

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete payroll cycle for company employees: payroll calculation, extra payments, settlements, final paychecks, IRPF withholdings, Social Security contributions and preparation of tax forms (models 111, 190 and 345).

  • Prepare and validate social security filings and other obligations arising from labor administration.

  • Manage incidents related to payroll, contributions and personnel administration.

  • Process employee registrations, terminations and data changes through the Administration's official systems.

  • Manage communications and procedures with official bodies through AFI, FDI, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, Sistema RED, CASIA, TGSS and INSS.

  • Manage wage garnishments, administrative requirements and other legal withholdings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Provide support in internal and external audits related to personnel administration and payroll.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources, Finance and Administration departments to ensure proper reconciliation of labor and accounting information.

What we're looking for

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to payroll management and personnel administration.

Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of labor law, Social Security and IRPF.

  • Proficiency in A3 Nómina.

  • Knowledge of Sistema RED, SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@ and CASIA.

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in companies with a high volume of employees and in the restaurant, retail or services sectors is valued.

Education & certifications

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management or equivalent education.

  • Additional training in labor law, Social Security and payroll management is valued.
