As an Assistant, you won't just be supporting the Restaurant Manager; you'll be responsible for creating an environment where customers leave better and happier than when they walked in.

But you won't just focus on our customers—you'll also focus on your team. To do this, you'll lead them by being one more member of the team, helping them before they even ask, constantly seeking more responsibility, and training, supporting, and guiding your team to achieve even better results. Simply put, being an Assistant means running a business, not just a shift.
