About the role

At Fluidra, we are looking to incorporate a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, for our warehouse in Maçanet de la Selva.

Organize, manage and optimize all personnel and technical resources assigned to their shift, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the established planning and continuity of the process, with the expected quality and time, maintaining optimal rates in terms of productivity and number of incidents.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and supervise the various warehouse operations.
  • Control the operation of the entire warehouse, organizing the resources of each section so that production is as optimal as possible at all times of the day.
  • Work in accordance with good production practices and existing work procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's internal rules by their team and by the people who are under their area of influence.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, detect deviations and implement appropriate corrective measures.

  • Ensure the correct segregation of waste produced in the warehouse, as well as promote its reduction.
