Organize, manage and optimize all personnel and technical resources assigned to their shift, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the established planning and continuity of the process, with the expected quality and time, maintaining optimal rates in terms of productivity and number of incidents.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the various warehouse operations. - Control the operation of the entire warehouse, organize the resources of each section so that production is as optimal as possible at each time of day.

- Monitor the Department's KPIs, detect deviations and implement appropriate corrective measures.

- Control production to ensure that the objectives set are met within the timeframes established by the daily production schedule.
- Control stock and the flow of inbound and outbound goods.

- Actively participate in drills and emergency situations.
- Ensure the good condition of machines and work tools. Supervise that facilities are always kept in a perfect state of order and cleanliness.
- Ensure the proper operational functioning of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate teams and carry out leadership tasks with their direct team.
- Communicate to their team all relevant information about the work and about the company in general.
- Disseminate the company's mission and collaborate in implementing the culture of values among all employees.
- Communicate to HR all relevant information about their team in order to carry out the appropriate procedures in each case.
- Ensure and guarantee compliance with the Quality, Safety, Risk Prevention and Environment procedures and instructions applicable to their department.
- Ensure the safety and health of all warehouse personnel, verifying that safety protocols are followed.
- Comply with and ensure that the team complies with the necessary prevention measures for their own safety and for that of all persons who may be affected by their professional activity.
- Properly use machines, devices, tools, substances and, in general, any other means with which they carry out their activity, as well as correctly use the provided PPE.
- Ensure the correct segregation of waste produced in the warehouse, as well as promote its minimization.
