Production Administrative Technician

Currently, from the delegation in TARRAGONA, we are looking for an Administrative Production Technician (textile sector), for EL PONT D'ARMENTERA.

We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

Direct support to the Production Manager, working in a young and close-knit team (Manager + 2 support technicians).

Management of the samples area: control, monitoring, and filing of samples.

Support for production processes (looms and warpers): management and monitoring of manufacturing orders.

Review at the plant / logistics area: control of shipments (incoming and outgoing) and operational monitoring.

Inventories: participation in physical inventories in the warehouse.

Internal support to Sales: information on status, availability of orders and references (a very relevant function with significant weight in the workday).

Position not 100% office-based: approximately 30% of the time requires mobility around the factory (samples, monitoring and control of manufacturing orders) and another relevant part for coordination with logistics/sales.

Essential: proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

Valuable: experience with ERP, preferably SAGE200.

Valuable: experience in the textile sector, although not essential (many tasks are transferable).

Annual gross salary (AGS): €22,000 (possibility of adjustment based on profile).

Schedule: from 8-9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Actualmente, desde la delegación de TARRAGONA nos encontramos en busca de Técnico/a Administrativo/a de Producción (sector textil), para EL PONT D'ARMENTERA.

Apoyo directo a la Responsable de Producción, trabajando en un equipo joven y cercano (Responsable + 2 técnicos de apoyo).

Gestión del área de muestras: control, seguimiento y archivo de muestras.

Soporte a procesos productivos (telares y urdidores): gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de fabricación.

Revisión en planta / zona logística: control de envíos (entradas y salidas) y seguimiento operativo.

Inventarios: participación en inventarios físicos en almacén.

Soporte interno a Ventas: información sobre situación, disponibilidad de pedidos y referencias (función muy relevante y con peso importante en la jornada).

Puesto no 100% de oficina: aproximadamente un 30% del tiempo requiere movilidad por fábrica (muestras, seguimiento y control de OF) y otra parte relevante por coordinación con logística/ventas.

Imprescindible manejo de Office, especialmente Excel.

Valorable experiencia con ERP, preferiblemente SAGE200.

Valorable experiencia en sector textil, aunque no imprescindible (muchas tareas son transferibles).

Incorporación inmediata, con formación inicial.

Salario bruto anual (SBA): 22.000 € (posibilidad de ajuste según perfil).

Horario: de 8-9 h a 17-18 h, de lunes a viernes.

Integración en un equipo joven, cercano y con acompañamiento desde el inicio.
