About the role

Do you have experience in Supply Chain and enjoy warehouse, purchasing, and transportation management?

At Gi BPO, an important Italian multinational, we are looking for a professional with experience in Supply Chain / Logistics to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations: supply, warehouse, transportation, distribution, and inventory. You will be a key figure in coordinating operational tasks, resolving recurring issues, and supporting process improvements, with autonomy and contact with different teams.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

-Support the management and monitoring of Supply Chain plans and activities.

-Coordinate recurring tasks and issues related to supply, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

-Carry out operational activities following internal procedures and resolve common issues.

-Provide support in materials planning and control, supplier management, warehouse, purchasing, and inventory/stock control.

-Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of area programs and policies and prepare reports when required.

-Participate in defining and improving area processes.

-Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in Supply Chain.

-Coordination role

-Act as an operational reference to help organize and coordinate daily work.

-Support and train junior profiles.

-Delegate and review junior staff tasks when necessary.

-Collaboration and contact with teams
