What you'll do

  • P. Logistics coordination of deliveries with all supply suppliers in coordination with the Site Management and Purchasing Department, according to the current Delivery Logistics Plan.
  • P. Coordination of carriers.
  • P. Receiving cargo on site – coordinate with the site the appropriate unloading means.
  • P. Management of materials and equipment reception, their quantitative validation (planned - ordered vs received). Daily reporting of incidents on unloading days. 
  • S. Collection of delivery notes and documentation attached to transport, scanning and filing according to the current methodology. With the support of the Warehouse Manager.
  • P. Activity record – receptions - according to current Management procedures, and with the support of the Warehouse Manager. Technical support/supervisor needed for some received technical items.
  • P. Management of supply to different work areas in coordination with the Site Management.
  • Participation in site progress meetings.
  • Assignment to subcontractors together with the mechanical supervisor of the number of trackers and their location for the delivery of the different items by warehouse staff.
  • Assignment together with the electrical supervisor of cable and other materials.
  • P. Training of warehouse staff, instructing them on the work methodology they must follow and providing them with the necessary tools to carry it out.
  • P. Subcontractor induction – where applicable current Procedures will be explained, and they will be instructed on the prior steps to follow both in the withdrawal of material from the different storage areas, and the different documents they must mandatorily sign, as well as any internal instructions in which they must participate.
  • P. Warehouse and on-site inventory management - Supervision and stock management in the storage area in coordination with the Site Management. Material received vs material delivered to the assembly subcontractors, with the support of the Warehouse Manager. Issuance of material dispatch notes from the warehouse. Periodic warehouse checks and checks of what has been delivered to subcontractors. No one may remove material from the storage area without the approval of the Logistics Coordinator.
  • P. Supervision and management of small materials warehouse (2-3 closed containers intended for storing materials susceptible to loss, due to their size or high value). No one may remove material from the storage area without the approval of the Logistics Coordinator.
  • P. Logistics - Internal reporting - carried out using the processes & templates established for this purpose in the company – Logistics Follow Up – completing the arrivals/receptions section.
  • P. Logistics - Internal reporting - includes the percentage progress (%) of structure and solar module deliveries, and of GES supplies. For GES supplies: Purchased per PO vs Declared in documentation vs Actually Received.
  • P. Stock/Inventory – carry out periodic reviews of warehouse status vs consumed by subcontractors. Record in SAP.
  • P. Logistics - Daily incident report (e.g. Record: Module breakages, structure; Material losses; Thefts – site theft records shared with the CL to update Stock). 
  • P/A External logistics reporting – site receptions & inventory with the support of the Logistics Manager.
  • P. Manage logistics and insurance documentation, required by external clients – liaison with external clients in coordination with the Manager (e.g. Packing List, Transport and Storage Manuals).
  • A. Management of site access documentation for suppliers & carriers in support of the Logistics Manager.
  • P. Management of losses and breakages with the support of the Warehouse Manager – Recording and reporting.
  • P. Internal and external project follow-up meetings with the support of the Manager.
