Manufacturing and Assembly Operator

We are looking for several Manufacturing and Assembly Operators to join our team in the Manufacture of Other Transport Vehicles sector, located in Linares (Jaén). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising the manufacturing processes of components and product assembly. This includes ensuring compliance with the quality, deadline, and safety standards established by the company.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations according to drawings and technical specifications.
• Interpret and analyze manufacturing drawings, part breakdowns, and work orders.
• Measure, mark, cut, and shape steel sheets and profiles and other metals.
• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, electrode, etc.) and assembly of metal structures.
• Adjust, fit, and join metal components using rivets and screws.
• Apply basic surface treatments, such as sanding and cleaning.
• Carry out pneumatic and hydraulic installations according to drawings and schematics.
• Verify the dimensional and geometric quality of manufactured parts.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues.

• Academic Training: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Production, or similar.
• Professional Experience: At least 1 year in industrial manufacturing environments.

What Do We Offer?

Salary according to the Jaén steel and metal collective bargaining agreement.

Full-time working day with a SCHEDULE from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.

Estamos buscando varios/as Operarios/as de Fabricación y Montaje para unirse a nuestro equipo en el sector de Manufactura de Otros Vehículos de Transporte situado en Linares (Jaén). El candidato ideal será responsable de ejecutar y supervisar los procesos de fabricación de componentes y ensamblaje de productos. Esto incluye garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, plazos y seguridad establecidos por la empresa.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

• Realizar operaciones de fabricación según los planos y especificaciones técnicas.
• Interpretar y analizar planos de fabricación, despieces y órdenes de trabajo.
• Medir, marcar, cortar y conformar chapas y perfiles de acero y otros metales.
• Realizar operaciones de soldadura (MIG, TIG, electrodo, etc.) y ensamblaje de estructuras metálicas.
• Ajustar, montar y unir componentes metálicos mediante remaches y tornillos.
• Aplicar tratamientos superficiales básicos, como lijado y limpieza.
• Realizar instalaciones neumáticas e hidráulicas según planos y esquemas.
• Verificar la calidad dimensional y geométrica de las piezas fabricadas.
• Mantener el orden, limpieza y seguridad en el área de trabajo.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver incidencias técnicas.

• Formación Académica: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Fabricación Mecánica, Producción Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia Profesional: Al menos 1 años en entornos industriales de fabricación.
