Production Professional (Aerosol Manufacturing) - Temporary Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a person with Higher Vocational Training and experience in production areas.

Reporting to the Shift Leader, your mission will be to carry out the assigned production schedule, fully integrated into your work team, following and complying with established procedures and ensuring the proper functioning of processes and the quality of manufactured products.

• Manufacturing pharmaceutical forms with a high degree of specialization and skill, covering one of the phases of the liquid or aerosol process (bulk manufacturing or filling/capping).
• Format changes and adjustments on equipment of low or medium complexity (filling machines, blow molding machines, etc.).
• Handling/in-depth knowledge of MERPS.
• Handling and in-depth knowledge of the in-process control program.
• Compliance with applicable rules and standards.

• Minimum qualification of Higher Vocational Training, preferably related to maintenance, robotics, or health sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in production environments.
• Ability to prioritize, commitment, and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Descripción del Puesto:

Buscamos una persona con Formación Profesional de Grado Superior y experiencia en áreas productivas.

En dependencia del Líder de Turno, su misión será realizar el programa de producción asignado, perfectamente integrado/a en su equipo de trabajo, siguiendo y cumpliendo los procedimientos establecidos y asegurando el buen funcionamiento de los procesos y la calidad de los productos fabricados.

• Elaboración de formas farmacéuticas con alto grado de especialización y habilidad abarcando alguna de las fases del proceso de líquidos o aerosoles (elaboración de graneles o llenado / taponado).
• Cambios de formato y ajuste en equipos de complejidad baja o media (llenadoras, sopladoras, etc.).
• Manejo/ conocimiento amplio de MERPS.
• Manejo y conocimiento amplio del programa de controles en proceso.
• Cumplimiento de las normas y estándares que apliquen.

• Titulación mínina de Formación Profesional de Grado Superior preferiblemente relacionada con mantenimiento, robótica o ciencias de la salud.
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en entornos productivos.
• Capacidad de priorizar, compromiso y mejora continua.

• Conocimientos de SAP.
• Experiencia en industria farmacéutica.
