The role

Adecco is collaborating with IBP Grupo Consolis, a leading company in the manufacturing of precast concrete, in the search for a professional with experience in rebar assembly and blueprint reading to join a solid, stable project with career growth potential.

What you'll do

Interpretation of manufacturing blueprints and breakdowns.

Cutting, bending, assembling, and installing rebar according to technical specifications.

Preparation of rebar cages for precast concrete elements.

Verification of measurements, squares, and compliance with quality standards.

Placement and adjustment of rebar cages in manufacturing molds.

Use of hand tools and specific machinery for the production process.

Collaboration with production teams to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.

Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in industrial environments, manufacturing of metal structures, rebar, or similar sectors.

Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints is highly valued.

Knowledge of measurement and handling of workshop tools.

Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

A responsible, committed person with a positive attitude toward teamwork.

Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.

Experience in precast concrete companies is valued.
