What we're looking for

Degree in engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing manufacturing teams in an industrial environment.
English level B2.
Availability to work on-site in Aranda de Duero.

Nice to have

🔎We are looking for someone to lead a manufacturing area at our Aranda de Duero plant, playing a key role in achieving safety, quality, production, and environmental objectives, as well as in developing the teams that make our industrial success possible.

What you'll do

Ensure people's safety as an absolute priority on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure the achievement of quality, production, and environmental objectives in your area.
Manage and optimize the available human, technical, and material resources.
Analyze results and implement continuous improvement actions to increase the area's performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 45 people.
Foster the acquisition of skills, autonomy, and commitment among team members.
Promote a collaborative, respectful, and results-oriented work environment.
Make operational decisions to ensure the continuity and efficiency of industrial activity.
Participate in transformation and improvement projects aligned with Michelin's industrial strategy.
