Store Supervisor in the Food Sector

From Marlex, we are collaborating with a growing company in the food sector, with a network of 16 stores and new openings planned, which is looking to hire a Store Supervisor to strengthen their team.

The selected person will be responsible for overseeing the operation of several stores, leading the teams, and ensuring compliance with the company's standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the teams of the different stores.
• Monitor the work of the store managers and sales staff.
• Identify training needs and support the development of the teams.
• Ensure compliance with work procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee proper product display, cleanliness, and store image.
• Participate in the training and onboarding of new employees.
• Monitor team performance and propose improvements.
• Manage incidents and address the needs of the stores.
• Foster a good working environment and team engagement.

• Joining a consolidated and growing company.
• Stable position with responsibility over multiple points of sale.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Rotating schedule.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Company vehicle provided for travel between stores.
• Annual salary of €28,000 gross, with the possibility of improvement based on experience and fit for the role.

• Previous experience in supervising or managing stores and teams.
• Experience in the food sector will be highly valued.
• Experience managing multiple locations or teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and image, but with the ability to motivate and support the teams.
• Catalan is required.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Willingness to travel between different stores.

La persona seleccionada serà responsable de supervisar el funcionament de diverses botigues, liderant els equips i garantint el compliment dels estàndards de la companyia.

• Supervisar i coordinar els equips de les diferents botigues.
• Fer seguiment de les encarregades i dependentes.
• Detectar necessitats i donar suport als equips en el dia a dia.
• Garantir el compliment dels procediments i estàndards de treball.
• Vetllar per la correcta exposició, ordre, neteja i imatge de les botigues.
• Participar en la formació i integració de les noves incorporacions.
• Fer seguiment del rendiment dels equips i proposar millores.
• Gestionar incidències i donar resposta a les necessitats de les botigues.
• Fomentar un bon clima laboral i la implicació dels equips.

• Incorporació a una empresa consolidada i en creixement.
• Posició estable i amb responsabilitat sobre diferents punts de venda.
• Jornada completa de 40 hores setmanals.
• Horari rotatiu.
• Disponibilitat per treballar caps de setmana.
• Vehicle d'empresa per als desplaçaments.
• Salari de 28.000 € bruts anuals, amb possibilitat de millora segons experiència i adequació al perfil.

• Experiència prèvia en supervisió o gestió de botigues i equips.
• Es valorarà especialment experiència en el sector alimentari.
• Experiència gestionant diversos centres o equips de manera simultània.
• Capacitat de lideratge, organització i comunicació.
• Persona exigent amb els estàndards de qualitat i imatge, però amb capacitat per motivar i acompanyar els equips.
• Català imprescindible.
• Carnet de conduir B.
• Disponibilitat per desplaçar-se entre diferents botigues.
