We are expanding our idealista/Hipotecas team with a Mortgage Manager.

• Provide support throughout the mortgage process from start to product signing.

• Handle calls from individuals and professionals to resolve questions and issues.

• Analyze the different financing options available to our users.

• Understand their needs and financial profile.

• Follow up on transactions.

• Offer the best mortgage.

• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage management.

• Sales-oriented profile.

• Experience in real estate/mortgages is a plus.

• Resourceful and dynamic.

• Proactive and responsible.

• Comfortable working with computer tools.

• Proactive and resilient attitude.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work toward goals and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

• Experience negotiating with financial institutions.

• LCCI certification.
