Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician — idealista

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialities.

• At least 5 years of experience in OHS (with an external and/or in-house prevention service), with at least 3 years in an in-house prevention service.

• Experience in office environments.

• Have participated in or led legal OHS audit processes.

• Availability for occasional travel within Spain, Portugal and Italy.

• Good communication and organizational skills - you will be the link between many people and teams, so coordination skills are key.

At idealista we are still growing and we are looking for someone to lead occupational risk prevention in Spain and help coordinate our offices in Italy and Portugal.

You will be the reference person for OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) for all group companies in Spain, working closely with our external prevention service. You will also act as the coordination point for the teams and prevention services in Italy and Portugal, ensuring everything runs in an aligned way and that any relevant updates reach the right person.

• Keep the Risk Assessments and the Preventive Activity Plan up to date for all workplaces in Spain, in collaboration with the external prevention service.

• Coordinate and monitor preventive measures and corrective actions, ensuring they are implemented.

• Manage emergency plans, evacuation drills and related documentation (Emergency Manual, special instructions, etc.).

• Prepare for and support mandatory legal OHS audits for the companies required to undergo them, acting as the direct contact with the auditors and ensuring all documentation is in order.

• Organise and/or deliver OHS training to the teams.

• Monitor compliance with medical check-ups.

• Attend Health and Safety Committee meetings.

• Handle requests from the Labour Inspectorate.

• Coordinate with the OHS managers and prevention services in our offices in Italy and Portugal, acting as the point of reference in Spain and ensuring that relevant updates or incidents are managed in a coordinated way.

• Visit the workplaces in Spain on a regular basis and, occasionally, the offices in Portugal and Italy.
