What you'll do

You will make a difference

What will make you shine on a day-to-day basis?

You will become a key player in achieving the balance between excellent client management and meeting the budget for textile purchases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • BUDGET MONITORING       

Preparing the annual clothing purchase budget.

Annual budget monitoring with emphasis on RNs.

  • INVENTORY DATA ANALYSIS

Planning inventories together with the client manager.

Supporting the client manager in carrying out the inventory, if necessary.

Analyzing inventory differences in ZANALISIS_RECURSOS.

  • REJECTION AND SHRINKAGE MANAGEMENT

Differentiating between shrinkage (tears/stains/wear) and rejection.

Recording shrinkage in CE (Dispatch Control).

Analysis and resolution of recurring shrinkage.

Preparing shipments to the textile waste manager, dry and unmixed clothing.  

  • PREPARING REQUESTS AND ORDERS

Preparing purchase requisitions after prior analysis (material and client) with the CLIENT MANAGER following inventory.

Monitoring the approval of order requests.

Monitoring the order delivery date.

Receiving and recording incoming goods. 

  • DETECTION AND FOLLOW-UP OF INCIDENTS

Communicating to the textile department any incidents arising from order receipt (incorrect quantities/products).

Detecting possible product incidents identified at the plant or at the client's premises and following them up until resolution.

Sending requested samples related to the incident.

  • WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Organizing clothing in the plant by client and material.

Designing, implementing and maintaining controls for warehouse entries and exits.

Ensure a safe and secure location storage for clothing where it cannot be damaged.

Digitization – permanent control and recording of stock in the plant.

  • PREPARING PURCHASE FORECASTS

Preparing purchase forecasts with the help of the forecast monitor.

Monitoring the approval of the purchase forecast together with Management.

  • HANDLING OF TOOLS

Proficiency in the following computer tools:

SAP

CE (dispatch control)

ABS

POWER BI

EXCEL

OUTLOOK

What we're looking for

If you are a proactive person with customer service skills and also hold a Degree or Vocational Training qualification in Commercial Management or Marketing and demonstrable experience in the sector, this opportunity could be for you.

What is your salary range? 

  • Between €18,000 and €21,000 gross per year.
