What will your day-to-day look like?

Ensure the efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of both internal and external transport operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, current legislation, and quality and safety standards, while contributing to operational continuity.

• Comply with transport and road safety regulations · Apply internal procedures · Prioritize the safety of people and goods · Maintain fluid communication with the areas involved · Act with rigor, traceability, and service orientation
• Compliance with delivery deadlines · Reduction of incidents and operational costs · Optimization of routes and resources · Zero regulatory non-compliance · Improvement of service level and customer satisfaction - Optimization of internal and external transport costs.

You will do very well in this role if you have:

• A desire to learn and develop within the sector.
• A positive attitude and commitment to working as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment where you will be on your feet during the workday.
• The ability to lift weight and perform repetitive movements.
• Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% or Permanent Disability.

• A valid B driver's license and own vehicle are valued.

¿Cómo será tu día a día? 

Garantizar la planificación, coordinación y seguimiento eficiente de las operaciones de transporte tanto internas como externas, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes, normativa vigente y estándares de calidad y seguridad, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa.

• Elaborar y actualizar rutas y cuadrantes de los conductores · Coordinar con transportistas y proveedores · Realizar el seguimiento de expediciones y entregas · Controlar costes, tiempos y consumos · Gestionar incidencias y reclamaciones · Mantener registros y documentación · Apoyar auditorías y controles internos
• Cumplir la normativa de transporte y seguridad vial · Aplicar los procedimientos internos · Priorizar la seguridad de personas y mercancías · Mantener comunicación fluida con las áreas implicadas · Actuar con rigor, trazabilidad y orientación al servicio
• Cumplimiento de plazos de entrega · Reducción de incidencias y costes operativos · Optimización de rutas y recursos · Cero incumplimientos normativos · Mejora del nivel de servicio y satisfacción del cliente - Optimización del coste de transporte externo e interno.

• Posibilidad de cargar peso y realizar movimientos repetitivos. 
• Disponer de Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al 33% o Incapacidad Permanente. 

• Valorable disponer de carnet de conducir B y vehículo propio.
