ILUNION VidaSénior - Route Assistant with/without disability (M/F/D) CD RF V.V JUSTO SIERRA

We are ILUNION VidaSénior, the ILUNION company that cares for elderly and dependent people. 

For more than 30 years we have been dedicated to the social and healthcare sector through different services: Day Centers, Home Care, Telecare and Nursing Homes for the Elderly.

We need to bring people into our teams who want to contribute to our purpose, caring for and attending to elderly people. 

You will have, among others, the following duties:

a) Reception and welcome of new service users.

b) Carry out scheduled interventions and collaborate in the planning, organization and execution of activities.

c) Accompaniment and emotional support during journeys.

d) Ensure the safety and well-being of users. 

e) Act as a support figure for users, accompanying them and attending to their emotional needs during the trip. 

f) Training to attend to users' needs, reduced mobility, visual or hearing disabilities.

REQUIREMENTS
- You will need to have a mid-level vocational training degree as a Nursing Care Assistant Technician, a mid-level vocational training degree as a Clinical Assistant Technician, a mid-level vocational training degree as a Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency, a Social and Healthcare Technician degree, or a professional certificate. You will also need to have a driver's license.

- Position as Route Assistant with weekend hours, split shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, for vacation coverage at our Family Respite Day Center Vocal Vecino Justo Sierra, in Madrid.

Necesitamos incorporar a nuestros equipos personas que quieran contribuir a nuestro propósito, cuidando y atendiendo a personas mayores. 

Tendrás, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

a) Recepción y acogida de las nuevas personas usuarias.

b) Realizar intervenciones programadas y colaborar en la planificación, organización y ejecución de las actividades.

c) Acompañamiento y apoyo emocional durante los trayectos.

d) Garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los usuarios. 

e) Ejercer como figura de apoyo para los usuarios, acompañando y atendiendo sus necesidades emocionales durante el viaje 

f) Capacitación para atender las necesidades de los usuarios, movilidad reducida, discapacidades visuales o auditivas.

REQUISITOS
- Necesitarás tener un título FP de grado medio de Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería, FP de grado medio de Técnico en Auxiliar de clínica, FP de grado medio de Técnico en Atención a Personas en Situación de Dependencia, Técnico Atención Socio-Sanitario o Certificado de profesionalidad. También necesitaras disponer de carnet de conducir.

- Puesto de Auxiliar de Ruta con horario de fin de semana, en turno partido de 9:00 a 12:00 y 16:30 - 20:30 por cobertura de vacaciones en nuestro Centro de Día Respiro Familiar Vocal Vecino Justo Sierra, en Madrid.
