About the role

You will make a difference by having visibility of the full payroll cycle.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Control of SAP-Social Security bonuses
  • Sending settlement files L00-L13.
  • Sending supplementary settlements according to the cost list information.
  • Control of the relationship between settlement payments and the cost report.
  • Monitoring of settlement reconciliation.
  • Payment of Social Security debts
  • Sending CRA files
  • Management of ticketing incidents
  • Review of calculation differences in SAP and Social Security details
  • Sending the payment list to the treasury according to procedure.
  • Control of unreconciled cases.
  • Sending accounting reports

Requirement:

  • Education: Vocational Training or a degree in Labor Relations, Personnel Administration, Human Resources
