In our position as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with an AI Engineer for strategic defense projects.

💡 What will you do?

• Design and develop production-oriented AI agent and LLM systems.
• Implement agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Integrate LLM models (e.g., Llama) and local inference engines (Ollama, vLLM) into production solutions.
• Develop backend services in Python, applying software engineering best practices.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j).
• Containerize and deploy solutions using Docker.
• Monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of AI agents and systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the development of intelligent decision and automation systems.

🕓 What does our selection process look like?

• Profile Review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical Interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary).
• Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team 🤝: We want you to get to know us better as a company: our values, career model, skills... so that both you and the team can assess if there is a match.

🎯 What are we looking for?

✅ Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar fields. Mathematics or Physics degree.

✅ Solid experience in Python and developing software in production environments.

✅ Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.

• Diseñar y desarrollar sistemas basados en agentes de IA y LLMs orientados a producción.
• Implementar arquitecturas de agentes utilizando frameworks como LangChain o LangGraph.
• Integrar modelos LLM (p.ej. Llama) y motores de inferencia locales (Ollama, vLLM) en soluciones productivas.
• Desarrollar servicios backend en Python, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
• Implementar soluciones de RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) usando bases vectoriales y Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j).
• Contenerizar y desplegar soluciones mediante Docker.
• Monitorizar, optimizar y mejorar el rendimiento de los agentes y sistemas IA.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares en el desarrollo de sistemas de decisión y automatización inteligente.
