Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions based on large language models (LLMs) and generative systems.
* Build and integrate agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
* Develop MLOps pipelines for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring of models.
* Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and document indexing pipelines.
* Design scalable architectures based on microservices and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Develop automation tools for code analysis, technical documentation, and application modernization.
* Define and optimize data architectures (SQL/NoSQL), including modeling, migrations, and performance.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Participate in the modernization of legacy systems using event-driven and domain-driven architectures.
* Lead end-to-end implementations from prototype to production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
The selected candidate will bring the following as an AI Engineer:
Education
* Degree in Mathematics
* A master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related disciplines is a plus.
Experience
* 4-5 years of experience in roles related to AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
* Proven experience in developing and deploying solutions with LLMs and generative systems.
* Experience working with cloud infrastructures and distributed architectures.
Technical Skills
* Languages: Python (required), R, or other technical languages.
* AI/ML Frameworks: Transformers, LLM fine-tuning, LangChain, etc.
* GenAI APIs and tools: OpenAI, LLaMA models, or equivalents.
* MLOps: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring.
* Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4j, vector DBs).
* Cloud environment
* Data processing: batch and streaming pipelines.
Additional Valued Skills
* Graphs and recommendation systems.
* Mathematical optimization and operations research.
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI).
* Event-driven and microservices architectures.
* Big Data knowledge (Kafka, Spark, etc.).
