🔬 YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

👨‍⚕️ Medical Sales Visits and Relationships with Specialists

✅ Present the product portfolio based on clinical studies and scientific evidence.

✅ Develop strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

✅ Drive brand recommendation and prescription in pre- and post-treatment protocols.

✅ Manage direct product sales at selected clinics when applicable.

🎓 Training and Development in Clinics

✅ Train nursing teams, aestheticians, and reception staff on products and cross-selling techniques.

✅ Organize workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.

📈 Business Management and Commercial Analysis

✅ Design efficient routes and manage a portfolio of high-potential clients.

✅ Manage samples, promotional materials, and the assigned budget.

✅ Keep the CRM updated with market, client, and competitor information.

✅ Analyze growth opportunities and develop effective action plans.

🎤 Events and Conferences

✅ Invite specialists and ensure their attendance at scientific events and product launches.

✅ Represent the company at national and international conferences.

💊 Coordination with the Pharmacy Channel

✅ Work together with strategic pharmacies to ensure product availability.

✅ Facilitate the fulfillment of generated prescriptions and boost product turnover.

🔬 TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABLIIDADES

👨‍⚕️Visita Médica y Relación con Especialistas

✅ Presentar el portfolio de productos basándote en estudios clínicos y evidencia científica.

✅ Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con dermatólogos, médicos estéticos y Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

✅ Impulsar la recomendación y prescripción de la marca en protocolos pre y post tratamiento.

✅ Gestionar la venta directa de producto en clínicas seleccionadas cuando proceda.

🎓Formación y Desarrollo en Clínicas

✅ Formar a equipos de enfermería, esteticistas y personal de recepción en productos y técnicas de venta cruzada.

✅ Organizar talleres, sesiones formativas y demostraciones de producto.

📈Gestión de Negocio y Análisis Comercial

✅ Diseñar rutas eficientes y gestionar una cartera de clientes de alto potencial.

✅ Administrar muestras, materiales promocionales y presupuesto asignado.

✅ Mantener actualizado el CRM con información de mercado, clientes y competencia.

✅ Analizar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes de acción efectivos.

🎤Eventos y Congresos

✅ Convocar y garantizar la asistencia de especialistas a eventos científicos y lanzamientos.

✅ Representar a la compañía en congresos nacionales e internacionales.

💊Coordinación con el Canal Farmacia

✅ Trabajar conjuntamente con farmacias estratégicas para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto.

✅ Facilitar el cumplimiento de las prescripciones generadas y potenciar la rotación del producto.
