At Itequia we continue to grow and are looking to bring a QA Engineer on board to join our digital solutions development team.

You will work alongside developers, Product Owners, and business analysts, ensuring the quality of web, mobile, and backend applications, participating both in manual testing and in the evolution of our automation processes.

What you'll do

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

  • Create test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Validate APIs, backend services, and integrations between systems.

  • Analyze B2B business flows and ensure they work correctly.

  • Identify, document, and track incidents and defects.

  • Write testing documentation using Gherkin methodology.

  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and strategies.

  • Contribute to the growth of automation within our projects.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA role.

  • Experience in test documentation, requirements analysis, and test cycle planning.

  • Experience testing web, backend, and mobile applications.

  • Knowledge of test automation or a strong interest in developing in this area. You will use tools such as Playwright and Appium.

  • Knowledge of API and backend testing (Postman, Bruno, or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automation pipelines.

  • A person with an interest in quality best practices and the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Fluent English (B2) and native Spanish
