Senior DevOps Engineer

At Itequia we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join the team of one of our main clients, a major German pharmaceutical multinational immersed in an ambitious digital transformation process.

You will be part of its international Digital Hub, participating in the evolution of next-generation cloud platforms used by teams and users around the world.

What will your mission be? 🚀

You will be responsible for defining and evolving cloud architecture standards, driving DevOps best practices, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of the company's digital platforms.

• Design and evolve cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.

• Automate infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).

• Design and drive modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in Platform Engineering and Kubernetes (AKS) initiatives.

• Define standards and DevOps best practices for different development teams.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and international stakeholders.

• Improve security, observability, performance, and cost optimization aspects.

• You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders, leading highly relevant technological initiatives for the business.

• Hybrid model 1 day per week on-site in Mataró.

A person passionate about cloud technology, with an architectural vision and the ability to technically lead complex environments.

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.

• +3 years of experience in cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure or AWS).

• Solid experience in Microsoft Azure (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Service Bus, IoT, Azure Cache for Redis).

• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes / AKS.

• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).

• Knowledge of automation, integration, and continuous delivery.

• Experience in complex enterprise cloud environments.

• Fluent level of English: B2 or higher.

Serás responsable de definir y evolucionar los estándares de arquitectura cloud, impulsar las mejores prácticas DevOps y garantizar la escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de las plataformas digitales de la compañía.

• Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas cloud sobre Microsoft Azure.

• Automatizar infraestructuras mediante Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).

• Diseñar e impulsar pipelines CI/CD modernos.

• Participar en iniciativas de Platform Engineering y Kubernetes (AKS).

• Definir estándares y buenas prácticas DevOps para distintos equipos de desarrollo.

• Colaborar con arquitectos, desarrolladores y stakeholders internacionales.

• Mejorar aspectos de seguridad, observabilidad, rendimiento y optimización de costes.

• Trabajarás junto a equipos multidisciplinares y stakeholders internacionales liderando iniciativas tecnológicas de gran relevancia para el negocio.

Persona apasionada por la tecnología cloud, con visión arquitectónica y capacidad para liderar técnicamente entornos complejos.

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería informática o carreras afines.

• Experiencia de +3 años en arquitectura cloud (Microsoft Azure o AWS).

• Experiencia sólida en Microsoft Azure (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Service Bus, IoT, Azure Cache for Redis).

• Experiencia desplegando y gestionando Kubernetes / AKS.

• Dominio de infraestructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep o ARM).

• Conocimientos de automatización, integración y entrega continua.

• Experiencia en entornos cloud empresariales complejos.

• Nivel fluido de inglés: B2 o superior.
