About the role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by adding a Technical Analyst for e-Learning Platform (Moodle) to work with one of our most important clients in the engineering and digital transformation sector.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

  • Configure and administer the Moodle platform at an advanced level, managing courses, users, roles, permissions, enrollments, and training tracking.
  • Manage, publish, and maintain digital content, including SCORM packages, H5P resources, and multimedia materials.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Moodle plugins, ensuring their proper operation and compatibility.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to access, performance, content, and user experience.
  • Integrate Moodle with external systems using SSO, automations, user import/export, and web services.
  • Develop and customize Moodle features using PHP, APIs, blocks, plugins, and custom developments.
  • Design and evolve the visual and structural elements of the virtual campus, including themes, front pages, and subhomes.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics based on platform data.
  • Collaborate with instructional design, training, and training program management teams.
  • Oversee technical deliverables, prioritize tasks, and promote best practices in development and maintenance.

What we're looking for

Required experience:

  • More than 4 years of experience in projects related to digital training technology platforms, LMS, and e-Learning environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the administration, operation, or support of Moodle platforms.
  • Solid experience in advanced Moodle administration: users, roles, permissions, enrollments, tracking, completion, and grades.
  • Experience in publishing and maintaining SCORM content.
  • Advanced knowledge of Moodle development and customization using PHP, Moodle APIs, plugins, blocks, web services, and custom developments.
  • Experience integrating Moodle with external systems, SSO, and process automation.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience working with Articulate 360 for the creation and maintenance of training content.
  • Knowledge of analytical reporting, reporting, and dashboards based on Moodle data.
  • Experience with integrations involving Power BI, Azure, CRM, corporate platforms, or identity systems.
  • Ability to technically coordinate development, evolution, and maintenance teams for Moodle platforms.

Education & certifications

What are we looking for?

Education:

  • University degree, Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Education, Digital Communication, or related disciplines.
  • Official Moodle-related certifications (Administrator or Educator), postgraduate training in e-Learning or Educational Technology, and Microsoft Azure certifications related to administration, integration, or data analytics will be valued.
