About the role

At Izertis we are expanding the technical consulting team dedicated to managing funding for technological innovation projects, with the incorporation of a Project Management Technician.

What you'll do

  • You will carry out monitoring and control tasks for the activities of the innovation projects executed by the area.
  • You will prepare work reports and project status reports.
  • You will support the optimization of management and control work procedures.
  • You will participate in coordinating the administrative monitoring of innovation projects and the resources involved in them.
  • You will act as the connection point between Innovation, Administration, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • You will prepare the information required for the economic justifications of R&D&I grants.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of process management and ability to coordinate between different areas.
  • Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
  • Office software knowledge and Power BI to generate reports, KPI charts, etc.
  • Use of ITSM tools (Jira).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.

What do we look for in you?
