At Izertus, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Data Analyst to join an important client in the public institutional sector.
The main tasks will be: Technical support and engineering consulting in the processes of obtaining and installing HW/SW materials. The main tasks will be:
- Conduct market research and comparative analyses of available technological solutions, evaluating their technical suitability, compatibility, and sustainability for future integrations into command and control systems, as well as simulation environments. The purpose is to establish a solid technical foundation for the subsequent drafting of technical specifications (PPT) and the definition of procurement requirements.
- Prepare and review technical reports for the evaluation of bids in procurement procedures, verifying the technical solvency of bidders and compliance with the technical requirements established in the PPT, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide specialized technical advice on the selection or replacement of equipment, components, or alternative systems within the framework of obsolescence management, assessing their functional equivalence, interoperability, and suitability for operational specifications.
- Define and justify the technical characteristics of materials to be acquired through centralized procurement procedures (Centralized Goods or Dynamic Purchasing Systems), ensuring alignment between the system's functional needs and the provisions of current framework agreements.
- Analyze the technical requirements for identifying spare parts, technical support services, and logistics sustainment elements, including the search, comparison, and evaluation of offers from national and international companies, for both material in the National Territory and in the Operations Zone.
- Participate in the determination and planning of medium- and long-term technological needs, contributing the technical information required to generate documentation.
- Evaluate the technical suitability, security, and interoperability of hardware materials.
