Hiring process

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
  • Vocational training at an intermediate level
  • Full flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
  • You are inspiring and communicative, creating a positive work environment
  • You are committed to taking responsibility for customer service and results
  • You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head, and guide your team even in challenging situations
