What minimum competencies do we expect from you?

We require at least5 years of experience as a QA Manager in SAP development projects (Note: if you don't have exactly 5 years and have a bit less, we'll still listen 👂) What we want to see is your willingness to contribute, learn, grow, and join stable, dynamic projects that are a challenge for you:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

  • More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Demonstrable experience managing developments within the SAP ecosystem.

  • Solid knowledge of: SAP ABAP, SAP UI5

  • Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Software architecture principles

  • Management of external vendors

  • Project management

  • Change management

  • High level of English and Spanish.

  • Leadership skills and technical team management.

It is a PLUS if you have experience in

  • ITIL certification

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • Participation in defining quality control frameworks and governance for development
