About the role

KPMG's Deal Strategy (S&VC) team is the Spanish market leader in transaction-focused strategic advisory. Our work consists of supporting our clients throughout the entire transaction. Initially, we advise them during the purchase process on the market, the company's competitive position, value creation opportunities, or the soundness of their strategic plan. Subsequently, we help them with the takeover of the company, the definition of its strategic plan, carve-out, or the integration of the acquired company with other businesses.

Outside the transaction environment, we help our clients generate value and drive the growth of their companies on an ongoing basis, and we assist partnerships and corporations in understanding their market and identifying opportunities. Our team comprises over 100 professionals with extensive experience across a wide range of sectors and situations.

- Generating and interpreting demand analyses, market dynamics, and the competitive position of companies operating across a wide range of sectors.

- Developing financial models, market projections, and business plans.

- Evaluating investment theses, carve-out processes, integration, and conducting commercial due diligence.

- Conducting interviews at all levels (clients, industry experts, etc.) across various sectors.

- Preparing reports and presenting conclusions to private equity funds and top-tier companies.

What we're looking for
