About the role

At KPMG, we continue to evolve our recruitment processes and we are looking to bring on board a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to actively participate in this transformation, combining high-value recruiting with process optimization supported by Artificial Intelligence platforms.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for functional positions (Legal Team, Audit, and Non-IT Consulting), from 3 years of experience up to Director level, contributing to both the quality of hires and the efficiency of the process.

What you'll do

  • End-to-end management of recruitment processes for functional profiles (Legal, Audit, and Non-IT Consulting), from positions with mid-level experience to senior roles.
  • Competency assessment through structured and competency-based interviews.
  • Direct sourcing and market mapping using specialized tools.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging AI platforms applied to recruiting, aimed at optimizing time-to-hire, pipeline quality, and candidate experience.
  • Promoting organization, traceability, and quality of processes, both in candidate management and internal procedures.
  • Ensuring the achievement of hiring objectives, in constant coordination with the business and HRBP.

What do you need to know?

  • University degree; specialized postgraduate training in Human Resources will be valued.
  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting firms; experience in headhunting or in recruitment departments of multinational companies will also be valued.
  • Advanced English level (a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or AI- and automation-supported recruitment tools is a plus.
