- We are looking for professionals with a degree in Law and/or Business Administration (ADE) or related fields, holding a Master's in Taxation.

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a tax professional, ideally in indirect taxation.

- Advanced English level.

The role

KPMG Abogados' Indirect Tax area specializes in assisting our clients with prior planning, analysis, and advisory on indirect taxes, both in their domestic activity and investments, as well as in their international expansion. Our services, provided both nationally and internationally, have a dual purpose: identifying and helping to avoid tax risks in Spain and abroad, and enhancing savings and opportunities in these taxes, especially considering the significant volume of treasury managed in relation to VAT. Our work focuses both on absolute savings and on those with a significant financial component.

We are a member of the KPMG International VAT Center, an international group dedicated to VAT, highly developed and efficient in EU member countries, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada, whose support enables us to develop and provide solutions for global projects of large multinational clients.

Within the scope of the indirect tax advisory area, our services include, among others, the performance of the following functions:

What you'll do

- Ongoing advisory on queries that may arise on a day-to-day basis.

- Preparation of specific reports on matters that, due to their particular complexity, require a more detailed analysis.

- Assistance in designing tax-efficient structures.

- Assistance in the context of inspection or verification procedures carried out by the Tax Agency.

- Preparation of submissions, claims, or appeals relating to disputes whose underlying issue involves an indirect tax matter.

- Review and preparation of VAT returns that present particular complexity.
