The Role

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to participate in a strategic public sector project, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions in critical environments.

The selected candidate will work on implementing solutions based on Generative AI, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to accelerate the adoption of automation and operational intelligence capabilities.

Fully on-site work in offices located in the city center (Embajadores area).

Working hours from 08:00 to 15:00.

• Develop end-to-end Artificial Intelligence solutions based on functional documentation, technical designs, and defined specifications.

• Implement components based on agentic architectures, ensuring their integration into production environments.

• Participate in the definition and implementation of scalable AI architectures, including vector databases and prompt flows.

• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines to ensure reliable and maintainable deployments.

• Collaborate on the technical estimation of AI initiatives, considering aspects such as execution costs, performance, and scalability.

• Design and implement AIOps solutions and intelligent agents applied to operational environments.

• Integrate AI solutions with ITSM/BMC platforms, CMDB, and observability tools.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence projects.

• Experience in:

  • Designing AIOps architectures and intelligent agents.

  • Implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions.

  • Integrating with ITSM/BMC systems, CMDB, and observability tools.

  • Defining data pipelines for impact analysis and simulations.

• Experience as a Software Engineer in complex projects.

• Strong development skills in one of the following languages: Python, Java, or .NET.

• Experience working with XML, JSON, and REST services.

• Knowledge of microservices architectures, containers (Docker and Kubernetes), and messaging systems.

The Role

Buscamos un/a Lead AI Engineer para participar en un proyecto estratégico del sector público, contribuyendo al diseño, desarrollo e implantación de soluciones avanzadas de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos críticos.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en la implementación de soluciones basadas en IA Generativa, arquitecturas RAG y agentes inteligentes, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares para acelerar la adopción de capacidades de automatización e inteligencia operacional.

Trabajo totalmente presencial en oficinas ubicadas en el centro de Madrid (zona Embajadores).

Horario de trabajo de 08:00 a 15:00h.

• Desarrollar soluciones end-to-end de Inteligencia Artificial a partir de documentación funcional, diseños técnicos y especificaciones definidas.

• Implementar componentes basados en arquitecturas agentic garantizando su integración en entornos productivos.

• Participar en la definición e implementación de arquitecturas de IA escalables, incluyendo bases de datos vectoriales y flujos de prompting.

• Diseñar e implementar pipelines LLMOps para asegurar despliegues fiables y mantenibles.

• Colaborar en la estimación técnica de iniciativas de IA, considerando aspectos como costes de ejecución, rendimiento y escalabilidad.

• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de AIOps y agentes inteligentes aplicados a entornos operacionales.

• Integrar soluciones de IA con plataformas ITSM/BMC, CMDB y herramientas de observabilidad.

Who You Are

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional, incluyendo experiencia relevante en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Experiencia en:
