Software Engineer (AI Solutions)

The Role

Are you interested in developing innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for someone with initial experience in software development who wants to grow in the field of AI applied to real business environments. You will participate in a strategic digital modernization project for the public sector with real impact on citizens.

Who You Are

• Develop and maintain software components following good engineering practices.

• Participate in the design, development, and integration of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.

• Collaborate on the creation and improvement of conversational assistants and intelligent applications.

• Integrate applications using APIs and web services.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues together with the team.

• Perform unit testing and support software quality activities.

• Document developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

• Education in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or similar disciplines.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Basic knowledge of application development and REST API consumption.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Interest in developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to learn, work in a team, and solve problems.
• Academic, personal, or professional experience in AI-related projects.

• Specialized training in Artificial Intelligence through bootcamps, master's degrees, certifications, or specific courses.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, conversational assistants, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with concepts such as Prompt Engineering or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Learn and grow professionally in technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, software development, and cloud.

• Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment focused on learning.

• Full-time schedule throughout the year: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Location in downtown Madrid, at the client's offices, near Embajadores.

The work will be carried out on-site at the client's offices, located in downtown Madrid, in the Embajadores area.

The Role

Participarás en un proyecto estratégico de modernización digital para el sector público con impacto real en la ciudadanía.

Who You Are

• Desarrollar y mantener componentes software siguiendo buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

• Participar en el diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.

• Colaborar en la creación y mejora de asistentes conversacionales y aplicaciones inteligentes.

• Integrar aplicaciones mediante APIs y servicios web.

• Analizar y resolver incidencias técnicas junto con el equipo.

• Realizar pruebas unitarias y apoyar actividades de calidad del software.

• Documentar desarrollos y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas.

• Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Inteligencia Artificial o disciplinas similares.
• Experiencia de programación en Python, Java o tecnologías similares.
• Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo de aplicaciones y consumo de APIs REST.
• Conocimientos de bases de datos relacionales y/o NoSQL.
• Interés por el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
• Experiencia académica, personal o profesional en proyectos relacionados con IA.

• Formación especializada en Inteligencia Artificial mediante bootcamp, máster, certificación o cursos específicos.
