At Lexroom we set the bar for legal AI-clear, fast, and built for trust.
In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe.
Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving lawyers, law firms, and companies the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters.
We're scaling rapidly, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team dedicated to rigor, clarity, and impact.
Today, Lexroom is a trusted partner, shaping the future of legal AI with discipline and purpose.
Why Lexroom?
Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.
Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.
Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work-faster, clearer, and more efficiently.
At Lexroom, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you'll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.
Role
This is a senior communications and brand hire at a hyper scale international stage: Lexroom is already live in multiple EU markets, and the function needs someone who has already managed brand and communication across different EU markets - someone who can take a brand voice that worked for one country and reshape it so it holds credibility across many, without losing what makes it distinctly Lexroom.
We have a foundation: a product lawyers believe in, an early content presence, and real traction with legal professionals. What we don't yet have is a single, confident international voice, and the systems to scale it as we add markets and grow the team behind it. That's what you're here to build.
You will set editorial and brand direction, define and evolve Lexroom's tone of voice for a multi-market, multilingual audience, and work closely with the Head of Marketing, the co-founders, product, and sales to make sure everything we publish earns attention and builds credibility - not just awareness.
What You'll Do
Brand & International Communications
Own brand and communications strategy across all Lexroom markets, with full accountability for strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration.
Define Lexroom's editorial voice and evolve it as the company scales - reshaping and re-articulating it as needed so it holds together across languages, cultures, and legal traditions, rather than reading as a single-market voice stretched thin.
Build and maintain relationships with legal media, journalists, and influencers across our markets.
Identify and manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations with senior legal professionals - lawyers, partners, and in-house counsel - who can amplify Lexroom's credibility locally and internationally.
Report on brand and content/social media performance with clear, honest attribution. Know what is working market by market, and be willing to say what is not.
Content Creation & Editorial
Produce high-quality organic and content strategy across channels for legal professionals: LinkedIn, company blog, newsletters, case studies, thought-leadership pieces, social media and press materials.
Write with native or near-native quality in at least one core market language, with strong working English; have a strategy and an organizational plan to adapt - not just translate - content for each market's tone, register, and legal culture.
Commission and quality-control content produced by external contributors, agencies, or AI tools, across markets and languages.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
We are not looking for someone who uses AI as a shortcut. We are looking for someone with a genuine operating philosophy around it - who can build a lean, AI-augmented content and communications function that produces more and better output, at scale across five markets, without sacrificing editorial rigour or brand trust.
Design and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows for ideation, drafting, translation, and localisation.
Maintain a clear standard for what AI assists versus what must be human-led, especially in a professional context where credibility is everything.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with the Head of Marketing and co-founders to align content and comms with product launches, sales campaigns, and company milestones across markets.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing on content-to-conversion flows: SEO, lead magnets, landing pages, social media posts etc...
Partner with Sales and PMM to develop case studies, testimonials, and customer stories - including managing marketing rights and outreach - across our five markets.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
7+ years in a communications, brand, or content leadership role, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution - including experience scaling a brand and communications function across multiple countries.
A track record of shaping or reshaping a brand's tone of voice as a company scaled, not just maintaining one that was already set.
Proven ability to write for professional, discerning audiences - not a consumer voice, not a tech-bro voice.
Fluency in at least two of Lexroom's market languages (Italian, German, Spanish, French) in addition to strong working English; comfort managing content and messaging in languages you don't speak directly.
Experience managing or growing a content and communications function and team, including working with external contributors, translators, and agencies across markets.
Clear, opinionated thinking about AI tools in an editorial workflow, and the editorial discipline to use them well.
Confidence and ownership in operating in a scale-up, multi-market environment: you can set direction, work without a brief, and make sound judgements with limited resources.
Experience building and managing a content team.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or another trust-sensitive, professional-audience industry.
A network in European legal or legal-tech media.
Rewarding your contribution
Compensation (Milan equivalent): €75,000-90,000 OTE
Equity: meaningful equity on top, in line with the seniority of the role
Team retreats & off-sites: dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas
At Lexroom.ai, ambition meets discipline and purpose.
We're not just building a product-we're setting a new standard for the legal world. If you're ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
