Requirements

Internships at LOEWE:

You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays

About you:

Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in something related to Human Resources
Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus
Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs: high Excel level

About your role:

- Support in managing employee benefits such as meal assistance (monthly meal allowance, card management, etc.), executive cars...

- Providing Technical-Administrative support in salary offers, letters, or certificates.

- Monitoring the incorporation of foreign employees in Spain (Relocation) with various providers:

  • Monitoring immigration services (Visa, NIE...)
  • Searching for temporary apartments/hotels
  • Tickets at the time of incorporation
  • Moving: approval of supplier.
