OurClient and Omnichannel department is lookingfor an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of analyzing large amounts of data from a variety of sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the customer database.
  • Manage data within the customer database, ensuring it is accurate, normalized, and cleansed for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Perform regular data quality checks on current dashboards and reports, identifying issues and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the execution of UATs (User Acceptance Tests) and validations for ongoing data projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate, functional, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Take ownership of the different analytical tools used within the area, including their maintenance and continuous evolution.
  • Undertake ad hoc analytical tasks to support broader business decision-making.
  • Provide support to regional teams and stakeholders in understanding and utilizing client data products effectively

Requirements

Internships at LOEWE:

You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university

If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.

Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays

Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Client Data Analysis

Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs

About you:

Interest in the manipulation/treatment of large amount of data coming from different data sources.

Comfortable learning the usage of new tools.

Knoweledge in PowerBI and SQL is definitively a plus.

Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.

High level of both Spanish and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
