  • Execute A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Continuously optimize toward CPA/ROAS/CVR targets and scale winning segments
Audience Strategy and Retargeting
  • Develop and refine audience targeting, lookalikes, interest stacks, and exclusions
  • Implement retargeting strategies using site, event, and engagement signals
  • Leverage first-party data for segmentation, match rates, and performance lift
Tracking, Pixel, and Attribution
  • Set up and validate Meta Pixel, events, and parameters; implement via Events Manager/GTM as needed
  • Troubleshoot tracking gaps, configuration errors, and discrepancies across platforms
  • Ensure accurate attribution, UTM discipline, and data flow for reliable reporting
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Maintain performance dashboards and deliver regular insights to the Paid Social Team
Collaboration and Process Excellence
  • Work closely with the Social Media Director and Paid Social Team to align on goals and testing plans
  • Document SOPs, learnings, and experimentation roadmaps
  • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and results to drive timely decisions
Skills & Expertise
Required:

  • Proven Meta Pixel and events expertise, including setup, validation, and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve campaign and tracking issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Your superpowers are...
  • Technical: Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Meta Pixel, event setup/QA, attribution, UTM tagging, A/B testing, audience building (lookalikes, retargeting), first-party data usage; familiarity with tag managers and data layers is a plus
  • Analytical: Hypothesis-driven testing, funnel analysis, budget pacing, performance diagnostics, and clear insight generation
  • Communication: Crisp reporting, proactive updates, and the ability to translate data into business recommendations

  • You take initiative, communicate proactively, and can independently troubleshoot complex tracking and campaign issues
  • You value experimentation, continuous learning, and tight collaboration with a high-performing paid social team
